Dear Mr. Brown,

I have been working as a volunteer in your NGO 'Raise Up Hand' for about a year and I am proud to be a part of a very noble cause. I regret to inform you that I no longer can be part of it due to my health issue.

I joined your NGO in May 1991. Since then, I have been a part of your team. I primarily worked in the field and visited the slum areas to collect data. I have provided a basic need for families like Cereals, Clothes, some basic education which helpful in daily routine, job recommendation according to their skills, etc. I regret that I am going to take voluntary retirement as per the doctor's suggestion and can no longer work for your NGO.

However, I am happy to inform you that Tonny who is my cousin and he can be my replacement for the work. He is a very kind and outgoing person. He has shown his interest in the work after I talked with him. I have given your number and contact you soon.

I want to thank you for the opportunity you gave me and I hope you will find my cousin a fitting person for the job.

Yours Sincerely,

Joseph Walter
