Nowadays, The number of vehicles has been increased on the road which causes traffic jams and air pollution. I agree with the idea that spending money to keep improving public transport. Public Transport could help us to decrease the above issues.
Low fare public transport may attract more people especially students and lower-income people by using this kind of service. Moreover, public transport is more comfortable and convenient routes can please various types of people when they allow them to get rid of terrible conditions like bad weather, rising fuel cost. They could help to solve air pollution when they have their vehicles at home. Less individual vehicles produce fewer greenhouse gases. Good designed and good developed public transport with less producing gas is another factor that ensures the success of the policy as it is environmentally friendly. For Instance, the Delhi metro covered almost city are with the cheap fare for the public. Approximately, 4 million daily ridership, it has been delivered. Public transport is more affordable for tourists also. In so many countries where public transport is good which managed by either government or private companies provide passes for some days with a low cost like Germany, Canada, UK, etc. It could help to grow the country's economy and generate more revenue.
